Fermented Hot Pepper sauce

I am by no means an expert on fermented foods, but I have gleaned information from various sources and after a little tweaking, I discovered this blend… I love it, I am sure, that if you like your sauce hot, you will love it too!!




  1. I have other plans with this year’s harvest of homegrown chili: Turn them into the thick Indonesian chili paste called “sambal” like sambal oelek, sambal brandal or sambal trassi.


    • Love the Indonesian chilli pastes… oelek on everything! There was a ketjap manis or similar that was good too, you can never have enough chilli! Hope you are enjoying some summer weather! Thanks for commenting Andy! Proost!
