Beastie

Spotted this rather large House Spider whilst tidying the garden… hidden behind a window-box, it was bigger than some of the snails it was residing with… note the slime trails on it’s web!!

The spider species Tegenaria domestica, commonly known as the barn funnel weaver in North America and the domestic house spider in Europe, is a member of the funnel-web family Agelenidae and a close relative of the hobo spider.

House spidey and I have a status quo: They do their good works out of my sight or else I will chase them out of my sight. Works like a charm, in general… And no harm is done.
